How to Enable Multi-Language Support

Enabling it takes under two minutes:

1. Log in to your ViomX dashboard and go to Settings → Language
2. Toggle "Multi-Language Mode" to ON
3. Select your primary language (used when language cannot be detected)
4. Optionally select a list of allowed languages (leave blank to allow all 50+)
5. Click Save — the change is live immediately

Automatic Language Detection

The moment a customer sends their first message, ViomX detects the language with 97.3% accuracy using our in-house NLP model trained specifically on Indian multilingual conversations. This includes Hinglish (Hindi-English mixed), Tanglish (Tamil-English), and other common code-switching patterns common in urban India.

The entire conversation then continues in that language — there's no need for the customer to select a language or type a keyword. The experience is entirely natural.

Mixed-Language Conversations

India's reality is that most users don't communicate in a single "pure" language. Someone might type "mujhe ye product chahiye, what's the price?" — mixing Hindi and English fluidly.
