ViomX provides AI-powered automation tools for businesses, including but not limited to customer support automation, WhatsApp business automation, content generation, and marketing automation services.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

5. Payment Terms
Pricing
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
- Taxes are calculated based on your billing address
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is due immediately upon invoice
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of ViomX services are owned by ViomX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you create using our services
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
7. Service Level and Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
8. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services:
- For violation of these Terms of Service
- For fraudulent or illegal activity
- For non-payment
- At our discretion with or without cause
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViomX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ViomX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
